Getting Started
- Each faculty has appointed a Remindo key user to assist teachers with digitising their exams. The key user can offer personal support and answer any questions teachers might have.
- A support site is also available. There, teachers can access detailed and carefully structured information about conducting assessments in Remindo.
- Read the digital assessment roadmap to learn more about the steps you will need to take in order to conduct a digital assessment.
To digitise an exam, go through each of the following steps in order:
Step 1
The teacher contacts the Remindo key user at their faculty.
(Please note: teachers at the Faculty of Science perform steps 1 and 2 in reverse order. Click here for more information (in Dutch).)
Step 2
The teacher requests a digital assessment from the scheduler at their faculty.
(Please note: teachers at the Faculty of Science perform steps 1 and 2 in reverse order. Click here for more information (in Dutch).)
Step 3
Central Scheduling reports whether the digital assessment can proceed as planned.
Step 4
The Remindo key user works with the teacher to fill out the intake form. They discuss the various options provided by Remindo.
Step 5
The key user creates a category (a separate digital environment) in Remindo for the course or block in question.
Step 6
The key user refers the teacher to the support site and sends out relevant documents to ensure that the assessment runs smoothly.
Note: if the examination has already been scheduled as a written test at one of the exam rooms at Educatorium, the scheduler will be able to convert it into a digital assessment, so long as the exam is scheduled at least two weeks in the future.
